We will be holding our New Year, New You Kick Off Meeting on January 6th at 7PM to give you all the secrets to fat loss that the rest of the industry doesn’t want you know! We are going to give you every last bit of information that you will need to make sure that you get the most out of the upcoming 8 weeks and look your best in 2015!
The Kick Off Meeting will take place at CrossFit LaSalle at 7pm on January 6th.

The contest will run from January 6th until March 10th 2015. Over $1,000 in cash prizes are up for grabs for both the best team and best individual transformations!
Transformation Challenge Rules and Info
Free for all members of CrossFit LaSalle
$60 per person (Team of 4) includes One (1) CrossFit Workout and 8 Weeks of Transformation meetings .
$1000 to the team with the greatest TRANSFORMATION* in 8 weeks! (*Winner will be judged subjectively by CFL coaching staff according to improvements made over the 8 weeks. Physical transformation and performance improvements will be judged)
Bonus: Individual best TRANSFORMATION* will win $250! (*Winner will be judged subjectively by CFL coaching staff according to improvements made over the 8 weeks. Physical transformation and performance improvements will be judged)
A Team must consist of Four (4) members.
All Team members can be nonmembers.
The beginning weigh-in and photos must take place between Jan 5th-Jan 12th.
The final weigh in must be completed between Mar. 3rd – Mar 10th .
All contestants must check in to their coach at each visit to CrossFit LaSalle.
All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.
All contestants are recommended to complete three (3) to four (4) workouts per week in a combination of strength training, cardiovascular and CrossFit training programs for maximum results.
Mandatory weigh-ins and photos are to be done every two (2) weeks. If any team member misses a weigh in the entire team will be disqualified from competition. You must complete your weigh-ins and photos before the deadline dates. (It is the responsibility of the team to make sure that each member weighs in on time, not that of the CrossFit LaSalle Team)
Weigh-ins will take place without shoes.
All weigh-ins must take place at CrossFit LaSalle and completed by a Coach. Photos can be taken outside of CrossFit LaSalle but must be done holding that day’s newspaper. All photos must be submitted during final weigh in.
No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum team requirements
