CrossFit LaSalle’s New Year, New You 8 Week Transformation Challenge 2016

The contest will run from January 11th until March 14th 2015. Over $1,000 in cash prizes are up for grabs for both the best team and best individual transformations!


Transformation Challenge Rules and Info

Entry Fees

  • Free for all members of CrossFit LaSalle

  • 60.00 per member of each team

Grand Prizes

  • $500 to the team with the greatest TRANSFORMATION* in 8 weeks! (*Winner will be judged subjectively by CFL coaching staff according to improvements made over the 8 weeks. Physical transformation and performance improvements will be judged)

  • 350.00 to the team that places second and 150.00 for the 3rd place team.

  • Bonus: Individual best TRANSFORMATION* will win $250! (*Winner will be judged subjectively by CFL coaching staff according to improvements made over the 8 weeks. Physical transformation and performance improvements will be judged)

Rules

  1. A Team must consist of two (2) members.

  2. All Team members can be non-members.

  3. The beginning weigh-in and photos must take place between Jan 8th-Jan 17th.

  4. The final weigh in must be completed between Mar. 7th – Mar 14th .

  5. All contestants must check in to their coach at each visit to CrossFit LaSalle.

  6. All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.

  7. All contestants are recommended to complete three (3) to four (4) workouts per week in a combination of strength training, cardiovascular and CrossFit training programs for maximum results.

  8. Mandatory weigh-ins and photos are to be done every two (2) weeks. If any team member misses a weigh in the entire team will be disqualified from competition. You must complete your weigh-ins and photos before the deadline dates. (It is the responsibility of the team to make sure that each member weighs in on time, not that of the CrossFit LaSalle Team)

  9. Weigh-ins will take place without shoes.

  10. All weigh-ins must take place at CrossFit LaSalle and completed by a Coach. Photos can be taken outside of CrossFit LaSalle. All photos must be submitted during final weigh in.

  11. No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum team requirements
